Question sur l'article

TRW steel handlebar with ABE for Suzuki GSX 750 (750 GSX) – flat black bar for long tour days

A full touring day on the Suzuki GSX 750 shows quickly how much of the load ends up on the wrists. This black TRW flat handlebar replaces the stock bar with a steel tube of 22 mm diameter and brings the hands into an even, calm line that stays workable across long country-road stages and motorway links. The bar arrives with ABE, so the conversion stays road legal without further paperwork at the authority.

Hard numbers behind the touring comfort

Outer tube diameter: 22 mm (7/8 inch)
Inner diameter: 18 mm
Wall thickness: 2 mm
Total length: 765 mm
Handlebar height: 44 mm
Mirror mounting: 15 mm expansion bolts

Measurements for planning the conversion

Dimension	Value
a (length)	765 mm
b (height)	44 mm
c (inner width)	205 mm
d (outer height)	44 mm
e (depth)	170 mm

Advantages that show up on long stages

ABE on board – no entry in the vehicle documents required
Rust protection – triple coating survives rain-soaked touring weekends
Broad fitment – the profile suits many sport tourers with 22 mm clamps
Made in Germany – steel handlebar from controlled series production

Ergonomics, turn-in and cable routing

The flat profile shifts weight slightly forward and makes the front wheel easier to read when leaning into fast bends. Riders who cover many kilometres in one go benefit from the even wrist angle the straight tube provides. Since the geometry stays near the series bar, existing cables and brake lines normally keep their routing; longer grips and heated grips find room on the plain tube sections.

Is registration required after fitting on the Suzuki GSX 750?

No – the enclosed ABE covers the approved models and makes an entry in the vehicle documents unnecessary. For machines that the ABE list does not name, a TÜV report comes with the handlebar so registration remains possible.
