Tuning improved CDI for Aeon Cobra RS / Overland 180 with 2-conector 6-pins adjustable

The CDI is unrestricted and adjustable and is a must for every dethrottled of Aeon Cobra RS / Overland 180.

Adjustable advance: On engines, the ignition is fixed.
With this CDI you can set the ignition spark advance variable.
The problem is that the Aeon Cobra RS / Overland 180 without the variator drive unthrottled exhaust velocity and constant-speed regulation in the area of ignition and that can lead to engine damage.
With the offered CDI has no engine rev limit more and no longer governs.
That has to follow that the motor is protected.
For a permanent fat on the motor at high speed is prevented.

They reach a higher top speed and save on petrol and high speed range, compared to a scooter with CDI with rev.

How to adjust this CDI:

A small adjustment screw, with which you can adjust the timing of the engine.
Turn clockwise adjusts the ignition toward "early"; counterclockwise toward "late".
This will influence can the acceleration and the engine running take. Particularly useful for tuned cars with engine capacity.

On delivery, the adjusting screw is in the center position.
The screw can be adjusted approximately 12-13 full turns to the right or left.
The respective stop is reached when a slight click is heard.
