Rear lowering kits can reduce the seat height by crucial centimetres and adapt it to the rider's body height. TRW rear lowering kits are a cost-effective way to reduce the height of the motorcycle in the rear area.

Rear lowering kits from TRW offer numerous advantages:

Perfectly adapted seat height
A lowering of the rear, depending on the model between 20 mm and 40 mm (measured vertically above the rear axle)
Maximum safety
When stopping, both feet safely reach the ground
In most cases, the central shock absorber retains its full travel
An efficient and cost-effective solution with little effort
All TRW rear lowering kits have an ABE (general operating permit)

Very often, motorcycles are lowered through modifications to the chassis. With a rear lowering kit from TRW, a safe and comfortable seat height can be achieved with significantly less effort.

With rear lowering kits from TRW, original chassis components such as linkage levers, push rods, triangle plates, spring plates, etc. are replaced by our modified parts. Rear lowering kits from TRW are premium-quality products. Depending on the model, they are laser-cut from high-quality stainless steel or CNC-milled from aluminium. Extremely robust, they ensure maximum safety and have an ABE.

Installation notes: When lowering, the side stand must be shortened in many cases. On some motorcycles, removing the centre stand is unavoidable. For systems that require compressing the spring or dismantling parts of the shock absorber, we recommend installation at a specialist workshop.
