This variator spring make up to 1000 U/min more by yours 50 or 100cc Quad or ATV!

Retrofit variator springs are an important and intelligent purchase when tuning your automatic Quad or ATV.

Engine with many horsepower tend to outrun their belts.
In order to keep the herd from stampeding, a reinforced vario spring exerts pressure on the rear fan belt half; belt is held tighter - making it harder to slip and slide.
Motor tuning without reinforced vario springs is about as successful as snowboarding in Netherland.

Our tipp: Because the fan belt is pressed out against the heftier springs on the variator, you‘ll need heavier variorolls!

The vario springs available for the converter unit (driven pulley) are constructed using a silicium steel alloy which guarantees extra stability during use under extreme conditions and operating temperatures.
This is reached through a high proportion of carbon in the steel alloy and a special tempering process for the outer surface.

In addition the variator springs are dynamically balanced and specifically developed specially for 50 and 100cc Quad and ATV.
