Regulator rectifier for Kymco Venox 250 (2001-2010), reinforced charge controller
The specifically for Kymco Venox 250 constructed high regulator / rectifier changes the AC voltage generated in the alternator in the necessary on-board power supply voltage of 12V and keeps the voltage in a certain tolerance range.
The charge rectifier is necessary for a charged battery and ensured that, for example, light bulbs and other electric components won't burn through.
The strong temperature loads where the rectifier is exposed to, it belongs to the most sensitive electronic components.
It is therefore important that the controller works as cool as possible.
If the rectifier or regulator is broken, the battery is constantly empty and will not be charged or there is a large flow of voltage to the battery which could also cause an braekdown!
Sometimes the ignition system itself works no longer, so light bulbs burn through constantly or the headlight is jittering.
