Black Steel Luggage Rack for CFMoto 800 (2021–2025) – Designed for Pro3 Case System
A durable luggage rack is essential for riders who rely on side cases or touring luggage for daily use or long-distance travel. This black steel luggage rack is specifically engineered for the CFMoto 800 models from 2021 to 2025 and is designed to integrate with the Pro3 case system. The construction focuses on structural stability, load distribution and long-term durability under both on-road and off-road conditions.
Engineered Steel Construction for Load Stability
The rack is manufactured from high-strength steel tubing and finished with a black protective coating. This coating helps protect the metal surface from corrosion, moisture exposure and stone impact, which are common in touring and adventure riding environments.

Optimized Load Distribution for Touring Use
When side cases are fully loaded, dynamic forces occur due to acceleration, braking and uneven terrain. The reinforced tube layout distributes these forces evenly across the mounting points of the motorcycle frame. This helps maintain structural alignment and supports the stability of mounted Pro3 cases during extended travel.
Protective Function in Case of Tip-Over
In addition to carrying luggage, the rack structure can contribute to protecting mounted cases in the event of a tip-over. The solid frame design provides additional support around the rear section of the motorcycle, reducing direct stress on body panels and attachment points.
Vehicle Compatibility
This luggage rack is specifically developed for the following model:
| Model |
Model Year |

Compatibility with Pro3 Case System
This rack is engineered specifically for use with the Pro3 case system. The mounting geometry and attachment points are designed to match the Pro3 configuration, supporting a secure mechanical interface between the luggage system and the motorcycle frame.
- Supports stable attachment of Pro3 side cases
- Allows balanced weight distribution
- Maintains structural integrity under vibration and terrain impact
Precision Manufacturing and Fitment
All brackets, tabs and spacers are precisely manufactured to support accurate alignment during installation. Proper dimensional accuracy reduces unwanted tension within the structure and contributes to long-term mechanical stability.
