Special foam kit made entirely of two components, specially tailored to the requirements of motorcycles!

Taken directly from our master workshop, where this complete set of seats in the highest saddlery quality has been successfully installed every day for over 40 years!

The seat core and seat cover have been tested and tried out many times!
Due to the high density of foam of 145kg / m³, it has perfect seating comfort even with an extremely thin foam!
The easiest way to work and cut the foam core by hand is with a normal bread knife.
The foam is glued with a commercially available suitable adhesive such as a Pattex.
If necessary, the necessary fine sanding is then made on wood with a belt sander or emery canvas.
With the lamination foam mat supplied, the seat surface is evened out at the end and is then a professionally made bench like a saddlery.
