Deposit Regulation under §10 Battery Act
As a seller of vehicle batteries, we are legally required to charge a deposit from private customers for these batteries.
When purchasing a battery such as this item, the deposit item with the corresponding article number must also be purchased in our online shop. This serves as a digital deposit item (note: not a physical product).
Steps Required for Battery Deposit Refund

Purchase of the deposit item: Article No.: B-Pfand

Proper disposal of the old battery:
- You will either receive a receipt / disposal certificate at the drop-off location,
- or you can have the disposal confirmed on our invoice.
- The certificate must not be older than 2 weeks and must be submitted within 4 weeks of purchase.
- Please send us the signed and stamped disposal certificate by email or post.

Refund process: Once we have received your certificate, the purchased deposit item will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by bank transfer, please include your bank account details for the refund.
