Highest quality with an extremely light special unbreakable PHD 300 plastic material (high density polyethylene) protector plate with extremely high strength, 8mm thick but at the same time lighter than aluminum!

The PHD300 material is Made in Germany!

To achieve the most maximum strength with lowest weight, the high-alloyed 6060 aluminum material from the aerospace industry was created with the new T5 hardening process.
The aluminum / magnesium-silicon alloys is quenched from the hot forming temperature and then kept in a warm environment.
The so treated aluminum is 4 times stronger as the normal aluminum but has extremely light weight which is only used in the aircraft industry!
The surface has a very high quality with an impact resistant black powder coating!
Extra thick 35mm x 2.5 mm and 27 x 3mm oversize aluminum tubes.
