Tuning Exhaust System with Street Homologation for Yamaha DT 50 R (2004–2012)

This specially designed full exhaust system for the Yamaha DT 50 R (model years 2004–2012) delivers an ideal combination of improved performance, refined design, and legal road use. It is specifically made for models with a Minarelli engine and exhaust flange connection at the cylinder, and is not suitable for versions with a threaded cylinder nut connection. With street homologation (E-mark), no TÜV registration is required in Germany.

Dyno-Tuned for More Torque and Performance

Developed and tested on the dyno, this exhaust improves torque delivery and overall engine performance. For street use, a restrictor bushing is installed in the header. Removing the restrictor for off-road use unleashes the system’s full performance potential – however, street homologation becomes invalid once the restrictor is removed.
