The wheight rollers are made of a very resistant, and thermally resistant plastic.

Ideal for work assignments such as pulling heavy loads, snow push, pull trailers, mowing, sweeping with sweeper etc.

Light as original, therefore a higher acceleration and torque with higher speed immediately when starting

the second variator clutch weight roller set:

Dr.Pulley rolls produce a much better acceleration performance than regular vario weights.
They are precisely manufactured from a special nylon material that is characterized by particularly good sliding on aluminum (the material of the Vario).
The abrasion is minimal and the dreaded one-sided flattening of standard roles are not possible.
Unlike normal vario rolls Dr.Pulley rollers have an up to 15x longer life.

Dr.Pulley recommends that you choose the weight of the SR role sliding around 10-15% below the weight of the series roll.
Then a significant powerful acceleration results in an almost unchanged top speed and fuel consumption.
If the weight is chosen equal to the original weight, the acceleration is slightly stronger, but may slightly increase the maximum speed for the same or even slightly reduced consumption.

Important: You should check the position of the cvt belt.

TUNING with weight rollers:

Variator rollers generate less centrifugal force, hence turn up later.
The motor runs longer at the top, gives off more power and accelerates the Kymco MXU 700 stronger.

Heavier variator rollers have the opposite effect.
The engine runs by lower RPM and you can drive with higher top speed if you move away the sop sleve by the variomatic.
