Newly developed Hercules / Sachs 50cc tuning cylinder with pistons, seals, Tuning suction nozzle and manifold adapter suitable for Sachs Hercules Prima SX 505/3 BX 50cc and more with the Sachs engine.

Supplied with 3 different base gaskets are included for fine-tuning:
1 x 0.45 mm
1 x 0.50mm
1 x 1.15mm
These seals can be the maximum gain in performance if you want.
Dimensions:
Intake manifold with carburetor connection 20mm and with an internal diameter of 14mm.
Front pipes is duckfoot or 26mm Cap plug.

The perfect cylinder for tuning Hercules / Sachs Mopeds.

The cylinder has over the original much larger overflow what felt significantly brings more power and torque.
It can carburetors to about 21mm.
It's one suction strainer speziall entahlten supplied for original carburetor and our recommendation 20mm Dellorto no. 003 006 link = Dellorto
The 20mm carburetor then shows in the assembly of this cylinder to the front, so sitting on the cylinder because otherwise there is no place!
must be made here according to an intake manifold itself.
The tuning kit is perfect just for 50cc moped racing where only 50cc may be driven!
The Mofarennen the cube number is so often checked!
Warning there are engines with 42mm and 44mm stroke!
This cylinder kit is only suitable for crankshaft with 42 mm stroke (not for 44 mm stroke match)!
Please consider carefully before ordering!
The piston pushes else on the cylinder head and engine damage is the result!
Please note that often in Tuning parts modification work / coordination work must be undertaken.
There need to be considered timing / breaker and ignition and carburetor tuning and adjust if necessary.
Tuning parts are not allowed on public roads.
