German brand product!

Front sprocket and rear sprocket extremely high-quality reinforced design thanks:

Made in Germany!
Reinforced X-ring chain for extreme loads and high mileage with chain lock for easy, safe and quick assembly!
The reinforced X-ring chain is pre-greased and has an extremely high tensile strength of 3600 kg, which means extremely high quality for maximum tensile and compressive strength.

Your advantages with this complete chain and sprocket set:

High-quality CNC milled sprocket and pinion proven thanks to Made in Germany!
- less wear, longer durability, lower costs.
- Diamond cut production for top performance!
- Sprocket is made with extremely high-quality materials Qste 420 and Qste 460.
- Central holes are turned on CNC machines to fit exactly, and mounting holes for screws are countersunk and cleanly deburred.
- Diamond-cut gearing results in the best running properties and guarantees radial and axial run-out tolerances of less than 0.1mm.
- Reinforced Heavy Duty Chain with lock.
- Easy assembly instead of the original parts.
Longer tours make safer and fun again!

For production:
In cooperation with the University of Paderborn in Germany, our manufacturer has developed a new manufacturing process for the gearing of pinions and sprockets.
An innovative production process that achieves a significantly higher quality standard than conventional milled sprockets and sprockets.
The interval where a new set of chains is required is therefore much longer!
You save time, money and otherwise frequent assembly costs or maintenance costs!
