Heavy-Duty Blue X-Ring Chain 520 for Yamaha YFM 350 R Raptor and YFM 350 Warrior Quad Models
This blue 520 X-Ring chain with 120 links is designed as a reinforced replacement drive chain for the Yamaha Raptor YFM 350 R and Yamaha YFM 350 Warrior. It is intended for demanding quad use where the chain drive is exposed to strong acceleration, hard braking, jumps, changing terrain and high loads on road or off-road surfaces. With its double-reinforced construction, X-Ring sealing system and high-alloy steel material, this chain is built for riders who need reliable power transfer and stable chain performance under heavy mechanical stress.
Reinforced Drive Chain for Yamaha Raptor and Warrior
A worn or stretched quad chain can cause uneven power delivery, increased drivetrain noise, poor throttle response and unnecessary wear on sprockets. This 520 X-Ring quad chain is a suitable replacement when the existing chain no longer runs smoothly or has reached its wear limit. The chain is supplied with 120 links and can be shortened if required, allowing the final length to be adapted to the specific vehicle setup.

Technical Design for High Load Peaks
The chain size is 520 x 120 links, also specified as 5/8 x 1/4. This format is commonly used for powerful quad and motorcycle drivetrains where a stable balance between strength, weight and running efficiency is required. The double-reinforced design increases resistance against sudden tensile load peaks that occur during hard acceleration, braking, landing after jumps or riding on uneven ground.
With a stated tensile strength of 3400 kg, this chain is suitable for demanding use conditions. The reinforced construction helps reduce chain elongation and supports consistent engagement with the front and rear sprockets. This is especially relevant for off-road riders who frequently switch between loose ground, compact soil, gravel and asphalt.
X-Ring Technology for Efficient Power Transfer
The X-Ring design supports smooth chain movement with reduced friction between the moving components. Compared with simpler chain constructions, the X-Ring profile helps maintain lubrication inside the chain joints and contributes to lower running resistance. For the rider, this means efficient power transfer from the engine to the rear axle and a more consistent drivetrain response during load changes.
High-Alloy Steel with Precise Manufacturing Quality
The chain is manufactured from wear-resistant, high-alloy steel and treated with a special heat process to increase mechanical strength. Seamless bushings and rollers support precise running behaviour on the sprockets. This manufacturing quality is particularly important in quad applications, where the chain must tolerate dust, dirt, moisture, impact loads and rapid changes in torque.

Solves Common Quad Chain Problems
If your quad chain stretches quickly, reacts unevenly under acceleration or feels unstable during load changes, the cause is often insufficient chain strength, material fatigue or excessive wear in the chain joints. This reinforced 520 X-Ring chain addresses these issues with a stronger construction, a high tensile load rating and low-wear steel components. It is suitable for riders who need a chain that can handle repeated stress without compromising drivetrain precision.
When riding off-road, the chain is exposed to sudden traction changes. A rear wheel that alternates between grip and slip creates sharp load peaks in the drivetrain. The double-reinforced structure of this chain is designed to absorb these forces more effectively than a standard chain. This makes it a practical option for riders who use their Yamaha YFM 350 in motocross-style environments, on forest tracks, on gravel routes or on rough terrain.
On the road, a stable chain is equally important. Higher speeds place continuous load on the drive system, while poor chain condition can lead to vibration, irregular running and unnecessary sprocket wear. The precise manufacturing of the rollers, bushings and chain plates supports smooth movement and reliable contact with the sprockets, helping the drivetrain operate with controlled friction and consistent power delivery.
Designed for Off-Road and Road Use
This chain is not limited to one riding environment. It can be used for hard off-road riding as well as faster road sections where stable chain movement, low friction and dependable power transfer are required. The blue finish also adds a visible technical accent to the vehicle, making the chain suitable for riders who value both function and appearance.
Reduced Stretch for More Consistent Chain Tension
A chain that stretches excessively requires frequent adjustment and can affect the engagement between chain and sprockets. The reinforced construction and wear-resistant material of this X-Ring chain help maintain more consistent chain tension under demanding conditions. This is particularly useful for riders who regularly expose their quad to heavy acceleration, braking forces and uneven ground.
