The reinforced Z-ring chain is pre-greased and has an extremely high tensile strength, which means extremely high quality for maximum tensile and compressive strength.

Your advantages with this chain set:

High-quality CNC milled sprocket and pinion proven thanks to Made in Germany!
- less wear, longer durability, lower costs.
- Diamond cut production for top performance!
- Sprocket is made with extremely high-quality materials Qste 420 and Qste 460.
- Central holes are turned on CNC machines to fit exactly, and mounting holes for screws are countersunk and cleanly deburred.
- Diamond-cut gearing results in the best running properties and guarantees radial and axial run-out tolerances of less than 0.1mm.
- Reinforced heavy-duty chain with lock.
- Easy assembly instead of the original parts.
Longer tours make safer and fun again!

For production:

In cooperation with the University of Paderborn, our manufacturer has developed a new manufacturing process for the gearing of pinions and sprockets.
An innovative production process that achieves a significantly higher quality standard than conventional milled sprockets and sprockets.
The interval where a new set of chains is required is therefore much longer!
You save time, money and otherwise frequent assembly costs or maintenance costs!
