12V Seat Heater for CPI scooters

A cold seat not only reduces riding comfort, it can also affect concentration and stamina while riding in low temperatures. This seat heater for CPI scooters has been put together specifically as a retrofit kit for all CPI scooters with a 12 volt electrical system and provides noticeable warmth within a very short time. With a power consumption of 35 watts, a fast heat-up time of approx. 60 seconds and a splash-proof LED switch, this system offers a well-engineered solution for year-round use.

Fast Heat-Up for Low Temperatures

At full power, the heating mat noticeably warms the seat surface after only around 60 seconds. Especially on short trips or in constantly low outside temperatures, the seat heater prevents the seat from becoming uncomfortably cold.

Typical applications include:

Winter road services
Caretaker and facility services
Boaters
Year-round riders – suitable for all CPI scooters

35 Watt Carbon Heating Mat in Robust Design

Power: 35 watts
Material: Break-resistant carbon fibers
Thickness: approx. 2 mm (very flat)
Dimensions: 400 mm length x 200 mm width

Carbon fiber technology ensures even heat distribution across the entire seat surface. Thanks to its break-resistant construction, the heating mat keeps its shape even under constant mechanical stress. The flat design of approx. 2 mm allows integration under almost any seat padding – the heating mat is simply placed between the foam and the seat cover, and the shape of the seat remains unchanged.

2-Level LED Switch with Power Indicator

The temperature is controlled via a water-resistant, splash-proof LED switch. This makes the system designed for outdoor use and protected against splashing water.

Adjustable Heating Power with LED Indicator

50% power: Green LED indicator
100% power: Red LED indicator
Switch: Splash-proof

If you are wondering what helps against a permanently cold seat in cold weather: the two-level control allows the heating power to be adjusted as required. For moderate temperatures the 50% level is often sufficient, while the full 100% power can be used in very low temperatures.

12 Volt Connection with Integrated Safety Technology

Power is supplied via the 12 volt on-board voltage or directly via the battery. The complete set includes a special overheating fuse and a relay for safe integration into the electrical system.

Operating voltage: 12 volts DC
Protection: Integrated overheating fuse
Relay: Part of the connection kit
Connection cable: approx. 2 meters, ready to connect

The electrical design is matched to CPI scooters and ensures a stable power supply. The approx. 2 meter long connection cable offers plenty of room for individual routing in the vehicle.

Complete Seat Heater Retrofit Kit for CPI scooters

The set is designed as a complete retrofit kit and fits all CPI scooters – whatever the model, engine size or year of manufacture. Thanks to the standardised 12V power supply, the seat heater can be integrated into your vehicle without any problems.
