Note: Only use chargers designed for lithium batteries. Do not use chargers with desulfation mode exceeding 14.9 V.

Important Information for End Users – Battery Disposal & Deposit

Note in accordance with §12 Battery Ordinance (Germany): Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. End users are legally obliged to return used batteries to a proper collection point.

Battery deposit obligation under §10 German Battery Act: When purchasing vehicle batteries such as this product, we are legally required to charge a deposit fee to private customers.

How the deposit refund process works:

When ordering, please also add the deposit item with article number: B-Pfand. This is a digital deposit item (note: not a physical product).
Dispose of your used battery properly at a certified collection point and request a disposal receipt. Alternatively, disposal can be confirmed on our invoice.
The receipt must not be older than 2 weeks and must be submitted to us no later than 4 weeks after purchase.
Please send the stamped and signed disposal receipt to us via email or postal mail.
Once we have received and verified your disposal receipt, we will refund the deposit via the original payment method. If you paid via bank transfer, please provide your bank details for the refund.
