Some  fuel-injected engine are running very lean, and that's fine.
Unless you are a demanding rider and want maximum power in all rev ranges, or have fitted a tuning exhaust or similar modifications!

Wouldn't it be wonderful if you had the option of easily adjusting the fuel/air ratio to suit your conditions, if desired. To get the optimum performance and that reliability does not suffer.
This is exactly what this ECU / CDI tuning control does for your bike. (Exact listing of all suitable models below!!)

Fuel injection systems are complex electronic units. Up to now it has been difficult to make changes to them.
Thus, tuning measures such as sports exhaust systems, air filter changes or displacement increases could not be compensated for in the injection system.
However, with the ECU /CDI tuning control you can now adjust the fuel injection from -4% to +10% in relation to the intake air.


It is recommended to gradually increase the setting from ZERO until the engine runs clean and performs at its best.
Standard engines without tuning usually find the best performance between 2 and 4.
Light tuning levels with sports air filter and sports exhaust around 6.
Vehicles that no longer use a catalytic converter after modifications or have extreme tuning between 6 and 8.

The turbojet module is simply connected via a plug and the fuel quantity is reduced or increased via a rotary knob.
No intervention in the software or adjustments via diagnostic equipment are required!

Easy plug & play.
The supplied connector fits the corresponding vehicle models without any changes to cables.
In the event of any necessary retrofitting of the tuning measures, the module can simply be disconnected again via plug and everything is as before.

All Turbojet IAT modules (Inlet Air Temperature) are connected to the intake air temperature sensor on the vehicle.
Remove the plug when the ignition is OFF and connect it to the module.
The sensor is replaced by the module and remains in the vehicle without function.

All Turbojet Lambda modules are connected to the connector of the lambda sensor in the same way.

The module is immediately available with stepless settings pre-programmed!
The settings have been precisely worked out and developed on the test bench and later tested in driving operation.

Our ECU / CDI tuning control is very easy to use.
However, the ECU / CDI tuning control itself is highly complicated in development and execution!
Because it has to do several things and measurement always at the same time.
The ECU / CDI tuning control measures the outside temperature at the sensor, and acquires the signal from the original temperature sensor for the original ECU (electronic injection controller).
It then converts the intake air temperature with the respective correction factor and forwards this signal to the ECU.
Depending on the setting, the ECU receives the information that the intake air is a little cooler than it actually is.
Due to the optimised control, the ECU will inject the fuel in the respective speed range in a correspondingly higher amount of fuel in relation to the intake air.
You will notice a much improved throttle response and acceleration of the engine!
The great thing is that when under constant load (constant speed) the oxygen sensor in the exhaust tract signals, the controller gives the signal to the ECU to control the fuel/air ratio as it did in the original condition with reduced lean injection.
The ECU / CDI tuning control is therefore a very intelligent electronic device which also ensures that the fuel consumption does not go unnecessarily high because of this!
But as soon as the ECU / CDI tuning control notices that an increase in power is coming, it switches from closed-loop (oxygen sensor feedback) back to the modified control and reopens the modified fuel / air ratio.

Installing the ECU / CDI tuning control is very easy and fast!
By plugging into the original connectors of the temperature sensor and ECU cable, the installation is done in a few minutes.
The plugs of the Power Jet Controller are according to your original plugs.
So you don't have to adapt or make any changes.
