The wheight rollers are made of a very resistant, and thermally resistant plastic.
Complete set with 2 sets of different variator weight rollers:
Once a clutch weight set for use: Ideal for work assignments such as pulling heavy loads, snow push, pull trailers, mowing, sweeping with sweeper etc. Light as original, therefore a higher acceleration and torque with higher speed immediately when starting the second variator clutch weight roller set: For higher speed and lower speeds.
TUNING with weight rollers:
Variator rollers generate less centrifugal force, hence turn up later.The motor runs longer at the top, gives off more power and accelerates the Quad / ATV stronger.
Heavier variator rollers have the opposite effect.
The engine runs by lower RPM and you can drive with higher top speed if you move away the sop sleve by the variomatic.
