Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste under any circumstances.
End users are legally obligated to return used batteries.
As sellers of vehicle batteries, we are legally obliged according to §10 BattG to charge a deposit for private customers for these vehicle batteries.
Therefore, when purchasing a battery like this item, the deposit item with the article number: must be purchased from us in the online shop.
This serves as a digital deposit item (Note: not a physical item).
To receive a refund of the battery deposit from us, the following steps must be taken:
1) Purchase of item no: B-deposit
2) Correct disposal of the old battery, where you will either receive a receipt/disposal certificate
or you can confirm the disposal on our invoice. This document must not be older than 2 weeks and must be submitted to us no later than 4 weeks after purchase.
Please send us the signed and stamped disposal certificate by email or post.
3) Once we have received your certificate, the purchased deposit item will be refunded via the same payment method
through which the item was purchased.
If you have paid by bank transfer, please send us your bank details for reimbursement.
