Cheap complete variator in original part quality.
The variator is supplied as shown with variator, counter pressure plate, V-belt fixed pulley, fan wheel, sliders, vario sleeve, star pulley and 6.5g variator weights in the dimensions 16x13mm.
The use of a new variator is recommended in case of acceleration holes caused by a defective liner and the consequent "jamming" of the variator and in case of run-in variator (rings on the V-belt running surface).

Our tip: The factory setup of the scooter manufacturer is not very rev-happy. If you want to optimize the starting behavior a little lighter variator weights. According to our experience, the scooter shifts and turns with weights in the range of 5.5-6.0 grams somewhat more zippy.
This variator can simply be taken instead of the original variator as well, should the original be defective or worn.
